Celebrate Christmas at the Dixie Stampede
Dixie Stampede Christmas begins its holiday production in
Pigeon Forge, October 31, 2012.
The attraction transforms into a Christmas spectacular
celebrating the joy and reason for the season.
When you purchase Dixie Stampede tickets, you’ll enter a
winter wonderland featuring a full-scale living nativity, holiday decorations,
music, a special visit from Santa and a four-course yuletide feast. One of the
highlights of the show is “Toys Come to Life,” a musical fantasy taking place
on Christmas night where the sugar plum fairy brings a sleepy toyshop to life.
Music from “The Nutcracker” and stunning aerial displays, as well as a visit
from Santa in his famous sleigh complete with falling snow are just a few of
the reasons this is one of the best Pigeon Forge Christmas shows.
During the holidays, Dixie Stampede Pigeon Forge puts a
special twist on the North/South rivalry, with the North and South Poles
dueling it out in equestrian feasts and audience participation activities. It
provides plenty of comedy and will have the whole family laughing and cheering.
One of the most stunning aspects of the show is the living
nativity. Joseph, Mary, the wise men and a nativity with live donkeys, camels
and sheep bring the true meaning of Christmas to life.
Of course, a night at the Dixie Stampede also includes a
delicious feast of a whole rotisserie chicken, barbeque pork loin, roasted
potato, corn on the cob, vegetable soup, biscuit and dessert.
