Thanksgiving Fireworks Planned at the Titanic Museum Pigeon Forge

The Titanic Museum Pigeon Forge is known for their special events throughout the year.  This year Thanksgiving will be no exception, with Thanksgiving fireworks planned for 7:30pm.

During 2012, the Titanic Attraction has commemorated the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the RMS Titanic.  The museum has paid tribute to the 2,208 souls lost aboard the RMS Titanic through special events, exhibits and a moving rose petal ceremony at sea.  The ocean waters above the Titanic’s final resting place 400 miles south of Newfoundland were blanketed with 1.5 million red roses, honoring those who perished.
The fireworks planned for Thanksgiving is just one more special event that will celebrate the lives and legacies of the ship’s passengers, crew and rescuers.  This will be the largest fireworks display on the Pigeon Forge Parkway since the grand opening of the Titanic.
