If you’re a Mickey Gilley fan, then you’re in luck as he’s scheduled to perform at the Country Tonite Theater in Pigeon Forge, TN on August 24.
The show, which will begin at 8pm, is a trip down memory lane as Gilley shares his entertaining life story and sings all 17 of his songs that became number one hits and Top 40 sensations. A few of the songs you’ll hear during the show include “Room Full of Roses,” “The Girls Get Prettier at Closing Time,” “Here Comes The Hurt Again,” “Stand By Me” and “A Headache Tomorrow (or a Heartache Tonight).”
Along with his music Gilley will share his many memories of the rock ‘n roll and country legends he has worked with throughout his career. Cousins with Jerry Lee Lewis and friends with the likes of Conway Twitty and Glen Campbell, Gilley certainly has much to share from his storied career.
